RippleRing is the first in a series of innovative approaches in the field of fashion and accessory design, intertwining with the realm of computational design by Moon Rabbit Adaptive Lab. Through cutting-edge technologies, it becomes easier not only to convey an abstract creative idea through jewelry but also to showcase the scientific parameters of a particular material.

In this project, we specifically consider the unique forms that certain materials adopt when in the so-called state of resonance, abstracting their distinctive shapes or patterns. These shapes can be replicated within various accessories, such as rings, to mimic the pattern of a specific mode of vibration, like the way a circular membrane vibrates at specific frequencies.
